Policy return for online store for individuals / legal entities
Sisteme Cofraje offers its customers the service of returning the products in accordance with the internal policy and the legislation in force.
Sisteme Cofraje reserves the right to refuse a return if the return criteria are not entirely fulfilled.
The return service is provided during the following conditions:
- The products are returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the purchase;
- The original fiscal document (invoice / fiscal receipt) is presented, which will prove the purchase of the products in question (and the accompanying documents);
- We recommend returning the products in the original packaging (the packaging in which they were purchased) with all accessories and the label intact (no traces of use, damage, impact);
- The products fall within the validity period (they do NOT expire in less than 10% of the total days included in the validity period);
- The products did not benefit from another service such as: PAINT MIXING; DEBITING; SPECIAL ORDER; HEAVY DELIVERY MATERIALS.
The return of used products or on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out, those that show signs of wear or use, scratches, shards, blows, mechanical / electrical shocks, products that lack accessories, are products which are not accepted.
THE REFUND OF THE AMOUNTS FROM THE RETURN SERVICE WILL BE MADE AS IT FOLLOWS:
– Cash, for amounts paid in cash in the store;
Note: In the case of corporate clients, they should issue a receipt for the refund of the amount in cash (according to OMFP no. 2634/2015), otherwise the amount will be refunded by bank;
– By bank transfer, for payments made by bank (O.P.), including those paid by bank card (in case of request for return at a later date of sale);
– By sending to the bank the request to cancel / redo the transaction, if the payment was made by bank card (if the products are returned on the same day as the payment was made or in all cases where the products were purchased with payment in installments – by credit card).
For products purchased with gift vouchers, the return is accepted only in case of purchase of a new product, whose value is greater than or equal to the value of the returned product.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:
Sisteme Cofraje processes personal data in accordance with the legal provisions for:
– execution of the contract concluded with you, which also includes the return of the products / refund of the amounts as a result of the acceptance of the return service, according to the legal provisions / conditions mentioned above;
– for compliance with the norms, legal regulations.
If there are no non-conformities and the products meet all the return conditions mentioned above, the employees of OBERHAUSER INVEST SRL will proceed to prepare the applicable financial-accounting documents, in accordance with the legal provisions (return invoice / advance, compensation order, order of payment, receipt).
The necessary data for the elaboration of the documents mentioned above, refer to the: name, surname, domicile, bank account, as the case may be. We will use the personal data for the purpose of preparing financial-accounting documents, according to the legal provisions in force. If you do not wish to provide this data, the return of the products is not possible even if it falls within the return conditions presented above, as we cannot comply with tax legislation.
