About delivery

The products are delivered through our fleet or courier services.

We deliver your order throughout Romania, from our store or from our warehouse. The ordered products are delivered using our own fleet or courier services.

When you place an order for construction materials, delivery is most likely to be made by:

– Courier service, order under 150 kg

– Palex / Transport Exchange, orders over 150 kg, these products being often heavy or oversized and requiring specialized transport with an adequate fleet.

– Formwork Fleet – within Maramures, Cluj, Bihor, Bistrita-Nasaud and Salaj counties

– Formwork Fleet Systems, these products are often heavy or oversized and require transport.

Depending on which products you order, there may be situations your order will get to you through multiple deliveries – through the Formwork Systems fleet, through courier services or both.

Please also provide access to the place of unloading, as well as personnel for unloading materials from the means of transport at an appropriate time for each situation.

We provide transport anywhere in Romania except for roads that do not allow access to heavy vehicles, forest and impassable or roads that may endanger both employees and the vehicle carrying the order. You can find more details about transport limitations here.

We provide free transport within the counties of Maramures, Cluj, Bihor, Bistrita-Nasaud and Salaj for orders that exceed 10,000 lei.

** The courier responsibility is to bring the ordered products to the address mentioned in the order form completed when placing the order. His duties do not include unloading, handling or bringing heavy and very heavy products inside the block stairs or on the upper floors of the building.

If the goods are delivered on pallets, the buyer must either pay the value of the pallets, or return them or offer in return, on the spot, other pallets of the same type. In case of their payment, the pallets will be included on a separate invoice which will be handed by the driver, and the payment will be made in cash upon receipt of the goods.

Delivery time for ordered products

Deliveries with our own fleet, within the counties of Maramures, Cluj, Bihor, Bistrita-Nasaud and Salaj for orders of at least 10,000 lei, are made in approximately 2 working days from the order’s confirmation for cash on delivery and online bank card; 2 working days from the payment confirmation for orders paid by bank transfer.

Deliveries by courier services are made in approximately 2-4 working days from the the order’s confirmation for cash on delivery and online bank card; 2-4 working days from the confirmation of the payment for the orders for which you have chosen the payment method by bank transfer.

In exceptional situations where the delivery may take longer due to unforeseen situations you will be contacted by phone.

We have made the transport service more efficient so that our customers could enjoy the lowest possible delivery delivery price.

Within the counties of Maramures, Cluj, Bihor, Bistrita-Nasaud and Salaj for orders of at least 10,000 lei.

For orders delivered by courier, the shipping cost depends on the value of the order and the weight of the ordered products.
